Stumblecards insult our intelligence.

Turning StumbleUpon into some stupid retarded-ass game where you 'gotta catch them all' insults not only our intelligence but, if successful, will lower the collective intelligence of StumbleUpon. (Not only that, but the whole project is just a ruse for websites to attract stumble users to their shitty web pages that normally wouldn't be stumble-worthy).

As an avid addict of Stumble, I suggest a simple yet effective solution to this hideous problem:

1. When you stumble on a stumble card, find out who submitted it.

2. Block that person

It's really quite that simple. The morons who think it's a good idea to submit these things CAN'T POSSIBLY have good enough judgment to submit meaningful stumbles to the community. So as a community, I say we banish them to exile (as best we can).

Helpful hint: Do a preemptive strike by searching for 'stumblecards' or 'stumblecard' (all one word) and block the users beforehand (something to do when bored and StumbleUpon has been sucking that day).

One problem I'm having: I've discovered some sites don't have a submitter listed. If anyone can explain to me as to why and how to find out who the submitter is (so I can block them), please message me on stumble (yukonwags). Thanks!

For those of you who need some visual instructions:

How to do this in 4 easy steps:

1. Give it the obligatory 'Thumbs Down' and view the comments.

2. Find the handjob that submitted the stumble card and click 'View Profile.'

3. Click on the person's "About link" (their user name) to see a closeup of their profile photo.

4. Click "Block Profile" and feel satisfied you have blocked at least one douche bag today.

If you don't do something about this. WHO WILL?

P.S. STOP SUBMITTING
(DE) MOTIVATIONAL POSTERS!
THAT SHIT NEEDS TO STOP!

I'm going to do this now. I just found a stumblecard the other day but it's going to be the only one I see if I can help it.
